Terms of Service
I. General Terms- I only create SFW (safe for work) content
- all works are digital products (.png or .vrm)
- I reserve the right to decline any commission without providing reasonII. Process- you will get multiple WIPs in which you can say if something is not to your liking
- minor adjustments can be done throughout the progress but no major overhauls
- artwork gets 1 major revision chance with the first shared WIPIII. Rights and Usage- as the artist, I retain all copyrights to the commissioned work
- I reserve the right to use the commission for promotional purposes
- you are not permitted to reproduce or redistribute the work, nor claim it as yours
- putting the work into any AI engine is prohibitedArtwork Comissions:
- you are allowed to use the artwork for any personal purposes
- you are allowed to post the artwork on social media, with credit to me
- you are not allowed to remove the signature3D Model Comissions:
- you are allowed to use the model for any personal purposes
- you are allowed to use it to stream or create videos, with credit to me
- if you do not want the model to be posted about before a certain debut date, it is on you to inform me beforehandIV. Payment and Refunds- you may cancel the commission at any point before I start working on it
- after starting on your comission, I only refund up to 50% of the price
- if the comission is over 50% done, there will be no refunds at allV. Confidentiality- both parties agree to keep any sensitive information confidential (personal details, payment information, etc.) confidentioal and not disclose it to any third parties
